Having worked with our customers to develop concepts we can then make an assessment of all practical options and recommend the optimum way ahead. We understand the value chain and the competitive environment within which we operate and therefore OE will develop the solution that meets our customers' needs, utilizing either internal; or external resources. Where we are selected to deliver elements of the system we have world-class engineering and manufacturing facilities capable of delivering value for money products, in software, middleware and hardware.
