1- Monitor the customers' tender generation process

2- Assist in the development of market communication, strategic planning and project identification

3- Provide advice regarding decision selection criteria (e.g. Performance, price, delivery, guarantee, concession, and reliability) of a tender

4- Provide assessment of competitor

5- Arrange seminars with the customers and or public authorities

6- Support in negotiations of customer contracts

7- Support in cooperation with local authorities

8- Consultation for technical contract negotiations

9- Consultation for commercial contract negotiation

10- Channel and monitor customer decision making until final contract signature

11- Support in local administrative contract realization activates (e.g. LC generation, BONDS)
